It is a 1350 calorie per day meal plan. The rest of the day should be made up in snacks of your choice, to complete your daily calorie deficit target. If you are unsure of your daily calorie deficit you can buy our book here. Please note, we recommend eating all of your calories; not doing so will slow down fat loss.

Bought the book, and even just the knowledge in it has already helped me have a healthier outlook on loosing weight and doing it without completely restricting the 'unhealthy' foods i love.

I’ve been on this two weeks, i don’t feel restricted in my food, I don’t put as much pressure on the scales and it’s showing in the in cms already! Am eating better and more conscious about what I am eating. Definitely worth trying, I am so glad I found your tik tok xx
Attended 2 sessions of the Manchester Club, although I had to get off last week because my dozy husband was locked out and we live in Liverpool!!
Anyway, the club is fab, the girls and everyone are so friendly and none judgmental. Monday 22nd will be my 3rd club attendance and my inch loss has been amazing by simply following the calorie deficit rule but without everything being a syn!!
I’ve measured myself pre club and I’m absolutely happy with the inch loss results. Having attended another well know weight loss organisation, and being a consultant (now ex) I never measured myself. We only ever weighed, so this is all new to me but I’m loving it.
Hopefully a Liverpool club will start soon, but for the meantime I’ll continue with attending Manchester (and it’s my hometown)

Easy to follow instructions. Good variety
I waited for more than a week for the delivery, which was quite disappointing. I also didnt receive a tape measure, so I couldn't take my measurements from day one. However, the book has proven useful. I've been able to calculate my calories and track my food intake daily. After nearly completing my first week, I feel more motivated and committed to staying consistent on my journey.

Recipes are easy to follow and all ingredients are clearly listed making this really simple to follow. As a busy mum these are quick and easy meals to make and following a plan makes it easier to resist the temptations of other foods.
Love the app so far, it’s better than my fitness pal, 14.99 for the whole year!!? Very good online and offline food searches, I like the flexibility in plan choices. Even if you just want to maintain and be healthy it’s good. I hope the service and prices stay good as it is now
